The executive management team of Telyon is comprised of seasoned industry veterans. After growing their previous renewable energy company, Greenskies, into one of the nation’s leading C&I solar companies – they successfully exited in 2017. In early 2020 - Telyon was born.

We pride ourselves on taking on complex projects and working directly with energy and sustainability teams to plan, execute and achieve renewable energy goals. We are a group of entrepreneurs that are passionate about our planet and the people on it. Together, we can do our part toward solving the climate crisis and build a better planet.

Andrew Chester

Andrew Chester

Founder and CEO

Andrew is a renewable energy expert, passionate about our planet and its people. He has spent the past 15+ years in the renewable energy industry, working directly with some of the world’s largest companies helping to create and implement their renewable energy goals. Prior to Telyon, Andrew was a Partner and Board Member of Greenskies Renewable Energy. During his time there he executed hundreds of PPA’s and oversaw the financing, design, construction, and on-going ownership of 100+ MW’s across the country and helped grow the organization into a national leader in the C&I solar industry. In the summer of 2017, Andrew and his partners successfully completed a 100% exit from Greenskies. Following that, Andrew founded Telyon a vertically integrated C&I development company focused on behind the meter solar, community solar and BESS solutions.

Andrew is a graduate of Assumption University and has also completed Harvard MBA course work. He resides in Old Saybrook, CT with his wife, Taryn, and three children, Andrew Jr., Allegra and Louis.

Mike Daly

Founding Partner and EVP of Business Development

As a founding partner and EVP of Business Development, Michael is responsible for all deal origination, strategic corporate partnerships and brand development initiatives nationwide. Prior to Telyon Michael was a critical part of Greenskies Renewable Energy, where he led the National Accounts team. In this position Michael successfully partnered with Sustainability Directors at Fortune 500 organizations and helped them to develop and achieve their sustainability goals across the country.

Michael also sits on the board of Cavu, a technology-based supply chain transparency company and is a graduate of Assumption University. He resides in Wellesley, MA with his wife, Katie, and two sons, Beckham and Cameron.

Chief Operating Officer

Robert Landino (Bob) serves as Telyon’s Chief Operating Officer. He possesses over 35 years of progressively responsible experience in all aspects of design, procurement, and construction, with over 15 years as the lead principal in the design and construction of solar carports, rooftops, and ground mounts installations throughout the US. Bob’s professional experience includes the following:
• Chairman of Greenskies Renewable Energy (Greenskies) where he directed all EPC work for one of the largest C&I solar developers in the US.
• Directed EPC for Walmart installations throughout the US (while at Greenskies).
• Directed EPC for Target store installations throughout the US (while at Greenskies).
• Direct full EPC team on corporate rollout initiatives.
• Founder and former CEO of BL Companies, a Top 500 Engineering News Record (ENR) multi-disciplined architect/engineering design firm that works throughout the US.

Tom Kolodziej

Tom Kolodziej

Director of Preconstruction

Tom Kolodziej is the Director of Preconstruction. Tom oversees the estimating department, ensuring accurate cost projections and seamless project planning. While maintaining strong business relationships with subcontractors and vendors, Tom ensures timely procurement and favorable terms. Tom’s expertise in project management, risk mitigation, and team leadership helps set projects up for success, delivering them on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Prior to Telyon, Tom got his master’s degree in business and management. Tom is a unique and invaluable component to the team with his experience of being a Master Electrician with 15 years of hands-on experience working on large projects in the industry. Tom resides in Mesa, Arizona and is a lifetime professional bodybuilder. In his free time he enjoys racing his truck and motorcycle and listening to jazz music.

Director of Construction

Robert Miller is Telyon’s well-versed and highly qualified, Director of Construction. Robert has been with Telyon since May of 2024 and since then his impact has positively impacted the
company immensely. Robert manages our skilled team of project managers, assistant project manager and field crews to get our projects designed and built with high customer satisfaction. Robert's organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and passion for solar power make him an invaluable asset to the Telyon team. He is deeply committed to the belief that solar energy will play a pivotal role in achieving a carbon-free energy future. His dedication and solid background have been key in positioning Telyon for success. Robert has a Bachelor of Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and a master’s degree in education from the University of New Mexico. Robert resides in Hartford, Connecticut with his family and has a special talent for making maple syrup in the spring.

Director of Human Resources

Anne Demiris is Telyon’s Director of Human Resources. Anne has been with the company for 4 years and has 7 years of HR experience at a different commercial solar company. Anne oversees HR administration including payroll and benefits, employment onboarding, policy development and compliance. Anne has been a strong backbone for Telyon for multiple years now by helping the business grow through people. Anne has a bachelor's degree in sociology and is SHRM-CP certified. In Anne’s free time she serves on the Board of her local Land Conservation Trust and is in a book club. Anne resides in Westbrook, CT with her family, including her two children, and cat.

Megan Bergen

Megan Bergen

Head Engineer

Megan Bergen is our mastermind behind all our engineering services. Megan has been a mechanical engineer for over 15 years with extensive experience in PV solar engineering. With a strong passion for math & science, Megan utilizes her skills in her day-to-day problem solving to ensure we move towards creating a brighter tomorrow. Megan has a keen desire to translate aspects to non-engineers in a way everyone can understand. As Director of Engineering, Megan manages the engineering and interconnection processes from initial design through permitting, construction & close out. Megan is a huge asset to the Telyon team. Megan studied Mechanical Engineering at George Washington University. Megan resides in the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband & young daughter. In her free time, Megan embraces her inner foodie all around NYC & is a loyal NPR listener. A fun fact about Megan is that she has taken airplane flying lessons.

Brian Dooley
EVP of Business Development

Brian Dooley

EVP of Business Development

Brian Dooley is the EVP of Business Development at TELYON, where he has been leading efforts to develop business opportunities and provide subject matter expertise on solar solutions since January 2024. Currently residing in Minneapolis, Brian's journey into renewable energy began with land and habitat conservation work at The Nature Conservancy. He later pursued a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law to better support sustainability and renewable energy transactions. Brian's time at Target was pivotal, where he worked in Real Estate for 4 years. In 2010, Brian proposed exploring onsite solar for Target's energy group. He went on to launch, scale, and implement the leading retail onsite solar program in the U.S. from 2010 to 2015. By the time he left, Target had become one of the top onsite solar retailers, having built nearly 50% of the program, setting the stage for its continued growth in the following years. Brian went on to help lead the Business Development team at Greenskies before joining Telyon. Outside of work, Brian enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and trail running, along with following March Madness. He's also passionate about supporting his teenage kids, Nola and Flynn, and participates in a weekly trivia team.
