The Executive Director of Mergers & Acquisitions will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and executing strategic acquisition opportunities that align with Telyon's long-term growth objectives. This individual will play a key role in expanding the company's geographic footprint, service offerings, project pipeline, and overall enterprise value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial solar, renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy-related transactions and have a demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex M&A transactions from origination through integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute Telyon's M&A strategy to support company growth objectives.
• Identify, source, and cultivate relationships with acquisition targets, developers, EPCs, asset owners, and strategic partners.
• Lead financial, operational, technical, legal, and commercial due diligence efforts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment memorandums, financial models, valuation analyses, and executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, project portfolios, strategic investments, and joint ventures, including valuation analysis, return projections, sensitivity analysis, and transaction structuring to support executive decision-making and capital allocation.
• Structure and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), purchase agreements, and transaction terms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, lenders, investors, and consultants throughout the transaction process.
• Lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution.
• Monitor renewable energy market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
