Andrew is a renewable energy expert, passionate about our planet and its people. He has spent the past decade working directly with some of the world’s largest companies helping to create and implement their renewable energy goals. Prior to Telyon, Andrew was a Partner and Board Member of Greenskies Renewable Energy. During his time there he executed hundreds of PPA’s and oversaw the financing, design, construction, and on-going ownership of 100+ MW’s across the country and helped grow the organization into a national leader in the C&I solar industry.In the summer of 2017, Andrew and his partners successfully completed a 100% exit from Greenskies.

Andrew also sits on the board of Cavu, a technology-based supply chain transparency company and is a graduate of Assumption University and has also completed Harvard MBA course work. He resides in Old Saybrook, CT with his wife, Taryn, son, Andrew Jr., and daughter, Allegra.

As a founding partner and EVP of Business Development, Michael is responsible for all deal origination, strategic corporate partnerships and brand development initiatives nationwide. Prior to Telyon Michael was a critical part of Greenskies Renewable Energy, where he led the National Accounts team. In this position Michael successfully partnered with Sustainability Directors at Fortune 500 organizations and helped them to develop and achieve their sustainability goals across the country.  

Michael also sits on the board of Cavu, a technology-based supply chain transparency company and is a graduate of Assumption University. He resides in Wellesley, MA with his wife, Katie, and two sons, Beckham and Cameron.

Bob is the current COO of Telyon, a solar development company that capitalizes, designs, procures, installs, and manages commercial and industrial photo-voltaic systems throughout the US. Bob's prior experience as Chairman of Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC gives him over a decade of executive level experience in renewable energy growth companies with a proven track record of success, working with many of the largest off-takers in the US.

Bob was the President and Chief Executive at BL Companies, an Engineering News Record (ENR) Top 500 Architect & Engineering firm with offices throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic states. He co-founded the firm in 1987, when it began as a two-person consulting practice. BL Companies grew to employ more than 250 professionals and support staff located in seven offices. BL Companies has twice been named one of the nation's 500 fastest growing privately held firms by Inc. Magazine.

Bob also served three terms as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives until his retirement in 2000. He represented the towns of Clinton, Essex, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook, and he served as House Chairman of the Banks Committee and Vice Chairman of the Planning and Development and Finance Committees. Bob received a B.S. in civil engineering in 1983, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states, including Connecticut. He is extremely active in his community and has been fortunate enough to be involved in multiple Chambers of Commerce, various civic groups, and community organizations that aim to promote and enhance the populations they serve. Bob has won numerous awards throughout his career, including Business Person of the Year by the New Haven Chamber of Commerce.
